Thank you for the great stay. Brandy and her assistant are very quick to respond to any issues the unit had. My roommate and I were in an urgent need of a place to move due to a mold issue our previous landlord refused to handle. Brandy was a pleasure to work with and had us ready to move into our unit within days. Thanks for being such a pleasure to work with, after coming out of a terrible landlord experience. I highly recommend renting through Hunter properties.

Brandy and company we're extremely responsive, helpful, and professional. The apartment came immaculate with everything ready to go, installed, and very well organized. During my time with Hunter, I only had one minor issue (sound on the TV) and after calling Brandy the maintenance technician was out to my apartment in less than 20 minutes. The problem was solved in less than 30 total minutes. Everything was perfect. Even during a slight mix up on move-out, Brandy took my call after hours and went above and beyond. She even got the few items I had left and mailed them halfway across the country for me. Renting with Hunter Temporary Housing was easily the most seamless move I have ever made. 10/10 would recommend.

Brandy and Krista were great. They worked with my company to set up living for our crews coming from SEA. They arrived and the apartments were great. They were extremely responsive to our needs as things came up. Great team.

We were very pleased with Hunter housing and Brandi and Krista’s assistance. They made everything simple - paper and contact free from the application to the exit process. Everything in the apartment was immaculate and just what we needed for our stay in Portland . I would highly recommend Hunter housing!!

As a property manager I have worked with Brandy and Krista over the years and at multiple properties. The communication is outstanding and the ease of transitioning residents in and out of the apartments is impeccable. The units are always left in move in ready condition.
